  • Increase ridership and, in turn, expand bus service.
  • Make transportation available to all residents and visitors within the city of Winona, regardless of income or ability.
  • Connect workers to employment and employers to an expanded workforce.
  • Reduce dependency on automobiles, thereby reducing both air pollution and parking concerns.
  • Make Winona an even better place to live and to visit!
