There is broad support across Winona for fare-free transportation. Employers addressing labor shortages, charities interested in seeing those they help get where they need to go, churches wanting folks to be able to reach their Sunday services, and environmental groups working to reduce carbon emissions are just some of many whose missions or work would be supported by a local transit system that is both more comprehensive and more accessible.
